All bookings made with FootballTrips.sg be they online, by phone, by email or in whatever format, are strictly subject to the following terms and conditions.

All login codes and passwords issued are to be kept strictly confidential.

Confirmed bookings are non refundable.

Please note that some games will move from a Saturday to a Sunday and vice versa for tv and other cup commitments, so please ensure that clients travel plans cover this eventuality as no refunds will be given.

For games that move to a week day, an alternative match will be offered to cover the original travel dates or clients can change their travel plans to cover the new date and the original booking will move automatically.

FootballTrips.sg will endeavour to ensure that match, concert and event dates are correct at the time of booking, but should they change for various reasons afterwards, FootballTrips.sg cannot be held liable.

All prices quoted are per person sharing.

Single bookings are subject to a single supplement charge.

Tickets are generally in the home supporters section, unless otherwise requested, so please inform clients that they are advised not to wear visiting team colours as they will be refused entry or ejected from the stadium for their own safety.

All invoices must be paid prior to clients travelling.
